Work With Tricia Herbert

I am a Real Estate Salesperson and Office Assistant with RD Realty Consultants I.I started my real estate journey in 2019 as an office assistant and in 2022 made the jump to Real Estate Salesperson.

I enjoy working with landlords to find qualified tenants for their units; andI enjoy working with renters to find an apartment they can call home.Currently, I help manage thirty-eight (38) residential units in Brooklyn, NY; Queens, NY; and Albany, NY.

I love helping and interacting with buyersthroughout their home buying process from researching their home choices; to witnessing them fall in love with their dream home; and to seeing them get their keys.

It is a pleasure working with sellers throughout their home selling process. This process, for me. starts with their comparative market analysis and ends with the transfer of monies in the bank after closing.

In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They’ve also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
